Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm attempting to "Sign up for new user" here https://mycrm.support.hp.com/en-US/signup/

I already have an HP ID.

 

Each time I register as a company user on the link above, I'm presented with "user with email (insert my email here) already exists. For more information go to our FAQ page."

 

I've emailed MyHPSupportHelp.AMSEnglish@hp.com and haven't heard anything back...
