HP 22er 21.5-inch Display

I purchased my 8 and 9 year old monitors to connect to their chromebooks while being virtually taught because of this thing called COVID.  One monitor is broken and I can't get anyone to help me get this shipped back.  I don't care which one HP chooses, but either refund me my money upon receipt of return or send me a replacement upon receipt of my return.  Either or is fine.  PLEASE HELP!

I can't initiate an on-line return because my order number was for 2 monitors and the total is >$250.  However, I only want to return one monitor.
