HP 8200 SERIES CD WRITER PLUS
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is there a driver that could be suitable to perform? I know, the product is very old, but my PC Disc reader writer became damaged. I have found a driver for Windows 7... Could this one work in Windows 10? Thanks

@luiguisorrel, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

It seems like the driver for this product is not available in HP Support site. This device may not be compatible with Win 10.

You may try installing the driver manually or use the Win 7 driver and check if that works.

Plug the CD burner into the USB port.

An unknown device should show up with a '?' mark next to it.

Click on that device, click on the driver tab, click on update driver, and search.

Let me know how this goes.
