I need to cancel my order and trying to do so since a week, I have already purchased other HP laptop from Costco as I wanted laptop urgently. How do I cancel my order? It is not shipped yet.

It is true - the HP Store and HP Store Customer Service are VERY busy.

 

Our Community is not a business group - we are not in any way associated with the HP Store, Customer Service.

 

This response is a courtesy - we do not have a way to move people to the head of the line or connect anyone to the Store Customer Service department.

 

Purely an observation:

If the order cannot be changed or managed and you receive the computer,

You have a "return" option time window - that too, is handled by HP Customer Service.
