HP put a cheap Hard Drive in my mothers computer.    I bought the Pavillion computer a year and half ago and the hard drive is fried.   Granted it is past what is technically the warranty period but it didn't break because of overusage.    It broke because they put cheap parts in their computers.  She is 64 year old woman who uses her computer at most 2 hours a day for low power usage like looking up news and checking email.   This is the 3rd HP in a row I have purchased that has fried RAM or Hard Drive.   Why didn't I learn the first time that Dell has better computers?    The dell computer at work I use for 8 to 10 hours a day as a power user and have never had a problem with it.

HP needs to learn consumers would rather pay more for a reliable computer than save money on a cheap computer that breaks.  I will buy Dell computers from now.
