Hi,

I recently bought the laptop from Flipkart and The box was sealed. I unpacked the laptop and it was working fine.

I got the laptop in hand on 12-Oct-2022. I logged in the HP support website online to check the warranty status and to my surprise it's showing expired (start date: 31 Aug 2021  expired date:30 Aug 2022) but the product is New. I will provide the purchase invoice and serial number for the same.

 What should I do? Please help me with the warranty Issue.

Hello,  Thanks for replying back.

I checked the Dispute page and After checking i found my product is commercial One.

( If the dispute link is not displayed, the product might be a commercial product, which cannot be disputed online). 

Where Should i raise a dispute for the product I received From Flipkart please provide guide me with the Same.
