I understand you are trying to register your printer and didn't receive a confirmation email, here are a few steps you can try:
- Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes confirmation emails can end up in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there.
- Verify Email Address: Double-check the email address you entered during the registration process to make sure it's correct.
- Wait a Little Longer: Sometimes confirmation emails can take some time to arrive, so it might be worth waiting a few hours.
- Resend the Confirmation Email: You can try to log into your HP account and look for an option to resend the confirmation email.
- Check Your Printer Registration Status: Go to the HP Product Registration page and log in with your account to check if the printer is listed as registered. If it is, you may not need the confirmation email.
To assist better:
- May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
