The portal was split at that time too, and depending on which URL you are using you will get to either HP Inc. or Hewlett Packard Enterprise. My guess on why this is happening, because I really don't know is that both location require you to set up a new ID for use because many of our customers are going to want access both.
Really sorry for the confusion this brings I'll notifiy the web admin on the board to help make that error message a little more "human understandable"...

For the past couple of weeks, we couldn't login to "Manage the contract and warranties". Every time I try to sign in I get the following page... There is no place to sign in. can you guys advise? there are time that we reach the username and password fields and still we can't login. we even tried to reset the password but we got a blank page.
