On Indefinate Hold Right now with HP customer service REP Shivaka

On Indefinate Hold Right now with HP customer service REP Shivaka. Total time 45 minutes as of right now. He will not foward me to a manager and told me that he doesn't have to. He just keeps me on hold. I am calling about warranty replacement of 600-50169-0002-000 d otherwise known to hp as

 

hp assy no 350970-003

hp spare no 351384-001

the video card is hp nvidia quadro nvs 280 pci .

 

I find this very frustrating but yet funny that he is going to put me on hold like this and think that this is good customer service.
