Are you all kidding me.  It's all over Facebook.  One of our own, someone who is laying down his life for own freedom, who calls HP support to ask about his printer.   Was told he had to PAY for assistance!  Are you kidding me?  Come on HP, without these men and women who have and do risk their lives for our freedom, your multibillion dollar industry would not have even had the luxury of once being a start-up.
