Google Pixelbook with HP Printer HP 7525
Chrome OS

Each time I try to use HP Smart to login to my account on a Pixelbook, I get a wait screen that is neverending.  I don't know whether it is a bug in the HP Smart software or it is a problem in my account itself.  It used to work, but this year things seemed to change.  The wait screen screenshot is here.

Welcome to HP Support Community

I would like to help

I suggest you perform a Power wash on your Pixelbook and then reinstall the HP Smart App

Same for me with two brand new Chrome books. Did you found a solution?

I brought back to factory reset both Chrome books more then once. But the loop resists. What's to do to use HP Smart?
