Opened Case for Warranty Pickup and Repair, Warranty not honored

Opened a case for in Warranty Pickup and Repair that was never honored and it has now been months. Unable to contact HP directly to resolve issue. 

 

Case Placement Date: 11/4/2019

Service Event: BOX PLUS PICKUP & REPAIR, 2 DAY SHIPPING
