My order, not my payment, has been declined 3 times now. I called my bank and they did not decline it so it is something on the HP end. My boyfriend is purchasing a laptop as an early Christmas present to me, so it is his payment info but my shipping address. I'm not sure if this is the cause of the order being declined. I have been on hold for over and hour now and am ready to hang up and buy a laptop from a different company at this point. Hopefully someone here can confirm if it is because it's his name on the card and not mine. If so, I'll have him call and confirm that yes, the order information is correct and he approves of the purchase.
Or with the rate customer service is going at, I'll just have him reorder with his address instead.

We understand that payment is getting denied, Please check that billing address and shipping that will be incorrect that possibility to get declined.
