Basically, I ordered this laptop for around 510 dollars, the next day I found an email stating my order was declined and that the money may be put on hold. It was withdrawed from my card and on the order tracking area, it shows its still processing yet when I click in, it shows that it has been declined. I have no more interest in purchasing this item anymore and was wondering how I can cancel the order and receive a refund.
Help is greatly appreciated, Thank you.
