Product: Hp Omen

Someone I know recently put an order for an HP omen laptop expected to start delivery by the start of January. Immediately after placing the order, the card was declined and the order was canceled. However, the card was charged almost 1500$ and we haven't received an automated refund. We have tried to send an email and contact customer support through live chat and through the phone but nothing is working.
