I ordered a laptop on 11/23/24. When tracking my order, I saw that a “hazardous materials irregularity has occurred.” After some research, I learned that since my laptop has a lithium battery, it can only be shipped overseas to me if it is labeled properly. The “irregularity” meant that the package was NOT labeled properly, and it was “returned to sender” on 11/27/24. I assumed that this meant another one would be sent to me, but it has been 3 weeks and there is no sign of it. On top of that, I have not received a refund! I have been trying to contact support, but Holly can only do so much. I do not have time to call because of the time difference.
