HP Recommended

Hi

 

I'm having problems with my battery it doesn't charge it says Fully Charged as soon as i remove AC adapter it shuts down after some seconds. I did a test on CMD with powercfg -energyreport and there it says that ASPM is disabled by an hardware issue i cant fix it i tried on power saver at PCI express  Link state power management its okay there i also removed the battery and bought a new one again same thing please help me.
