Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

May 2021 Purchased laptop new from Costco.  Records online show Warranty Start date October 2019

Dec 31, 2020 Sent problem report requesting correction of warranty: Case 5059168342

Jan 19, 2021 Sent problem report requesting correction of warranty: Case 5060067694

Jan 21, 2021 Received notice from HP saying case 5060067694  is Closed see below
