Hi All,

I have booked and made the payment for getting a replacement of batter for my HP Vitus laptop. The advance payment was done on 30th October. (Rs 13660). I didnt even got a receipt or bill. I have been adviced that the battery will be delivered to me in 15 working days, but I havent received the same yet. I am getting lazy answers from the service team as they are telling the battery was delivered to a wrong address and they have canceled the order and now ordering a new one. I have asked for the tracking id of the order but they are also not willing to share the same. 

The stand they have now is, they shall refund the amount in three days after keeping me waiting for 3 weeks.

Kindly help me for escalating this issue to higher end, so I can get a better solution for getting the battery replaced.
