Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, the last year a bought a printer 7900e and it wasn't working. I sent it to fix and the came with other model a 5400 model that it was lower than me. The shop change it for other with the same model and i moth before it was not working too.  And now they change it again for  a 9724e model and the ink it wasn't included. The first one was included. I bought the printer one year ago and i did print more than 10 pages good and now i need to spend 50e en need ink because they send it without ink. That is not ok. I am unhappy with the service.
