HP Recommended

I'm having problem registering for Education Store with my edu email. Here are the steps i took:

1. Entering my edu email for verification email:

 2. Clicked on the link i got from the verification email:

 3. After signing into my HP account, I entered my school name as shown:

But it would just give me an error:

 what should i do??
