Problems with overcharges

Has anyone been charged for instant ink when you had no usage? I tried to cancel and thought it was done then got billed again. Then they said it was down to the $1.99 a month even though I had called to cancel. So I was charged $22.00 for nothing two months in a row and again when I called was told they didn't see any of the other cases so they wouldn't refund my money . Has this happened to anyone else?
