This is a volunteer led Forum for HP, NOT HPE.

 

So if you dont have have any Enterprise level equipment, only a laptop then it is not relevant.

Not really, but if you do have an issue please ask.

 



Could you please expand on the

MAKE, MODEL, OS and SKU?

WinKey + R and type msinfo32 then look at line 9 for the SKU.

 

Then outline any issues please.

 

The email is probably a scam, so if you can set an email filter to automatically delete it, then so much the better.
