Just want to share my experience with HP Service Center here in Bangalore India.

 

My HP Pavilion notebook that I had bought about 6 months ago had developed 'Black screen" issue and I was very apprehensive about going to any service center in India after reading few reviews online (specially this one). My return trip to US got delayed by few days and I couldn't manage without my new laptop, decided to try my luck with local service provider. Called HP Support, and have been advised to goto HP Support Center in Indra Nagar (Maha Electronics).

 

Suprise Suprise!! guys at Maha Electronics were very professionally and fixed my laptop screen just in two days. They followed up with status updates and offered home delivery after it was fixed. I rated them 10/10. I'm so impressed at the service and have decided to update this thread with my experience.

It shows that race has got nothing to do with efficiency...it's a matter of training & professionalism.

Although I am working on behalf of HP, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
