Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4B858AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought my Elitebook in September for work. It works 50% of the time and I finally had enough. I don’t want it fixed, i just want even a portion of my money back and to be rid of the laptop.  I’d rather spend my money on a different brand.   However, even though I have a year left on the warranty, they’re refusing to let me return it. Also, in My Account, it states that my product will be able to be returned until January 15, 2024.
