Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hello, I just received a broken replacement printer for my previous printer that broke. The warranty was not expired. I've just connected this new printer and it is also broken, flashing error messages and unable to print. I cannot contact customer support because apparently, after inputting the serial numbers, the printer I bought has been "exchanged" and the replacement printer (that was refurbished) has an expired warranty from 2018. Please help!!!
