Hi Jack,

If you need to post a new topic, you can go to the home page and click on black button that says New Post at the top of the page.  It will give you a drop down list of forums you can post to under "Select a Board", just pick the one that you think fits your topic best.

I hope this helps,

Nary a single forum response addresses what has be a common situation: how to print select pages of email. I've had HP printers for decades and this is the first time I've had to print multiple pages just to get a one or a few pages. That's a lot of wasted trees and ink! If I had a bottom of the line printer, I might understand this but I bought a dandy model--HP PHotoSmart B209a.

There MUST be a way to print one email page out of many.

N oresults - how do I now post the question...?

I asked a simple question and got no answers. Earlier I asked a question and saw lots of other questions on the 1012 printer, but saw not answers. So how is this helpful. I am trying to install a laserjet 1012 on an XP computer and cannot get the existing drivers to even work. Help!

I couldn't find a post with an answer to my query, which is how to enable the" fit to shrink page option" when I want to print from a web page. I have a 6310 All-in-One.

Hi Sheva,

If you can't find an answer to your question I would suggest you start a new thread asking for a solution to your problem.  In your case, the best place to put that thread would be in the Printer AIO Software forum.  Just click on the New Post button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to post.

Good luck.
