It seems none of us are getting the answers we want just aggravation. It turns me off your product help and consequently your hp products. Please take me off this response stuff. I quit if previously and now I remember why. I do like your built in spell checker but not enough to want to make further replies.

This site is not a great place to find solutions to problems.  It is a pain.  Why can't it be more like Microsofts toubleshooting site?
