Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Long story short, sent my gaming notebook in for repair under warranty almost a month ago, the repair got delayed an ungodly amount of time, I got a case manager, case manager ordered me a free replacement and my storage back. Got my storage, but have no shipment or tracking info regarding my replacement for almost a week now. I talked to my case manager and he said the order was indeed placed, however it still, for some reason, hasn’t shipped and it has been a week. I need additional help from a shipment team or something. I am highly upset, disgusted, and for the line of work and schooling I do, going a month without a laptop is a no-deal. It's insane how awful customer service has been.

Ironically as soon as I posted this my unit [finally] got shipped a couple hours later. Jesus. Seems like pressing the issue gets you somewhere more often than not.
