HP Laptop - 15z-gw000 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I was forced to send my laptop in for repairs after it recieved some damage. FedEx says it's been delivered, but HP's service website says it hasn't arrived yet. Should I be worried?

I see you are tracking the status on the repair for your HP Laptop PC. I apologize for Inconvenience. However you do not have to worry as tracking number will be updated shortly. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. 


You can also check the status of your order by going to www.hp.com/repair 

 

An email will be sent to you with status updates and also will receive text messages for shipment updates.

How long did it take to update and did you ever get your laptop back? I just sent my pc in and I’m worried about it too since nothing has updated.
