This is not a joke.  Quite seriously, since July, 2017, a Hewlett-Packard software engineer employed by HP at its Vancouver, Washington campus has been harassing me with insulting, custom-made, custom-revised spam emails. These spam emails cannot be unsubscribed from or blocked.   I have tried everything to get this person to stop harassing me, but he will not stop.  I relayed a message to him via a Vancouver law enforcement officer for him to stop harassing me.  This seemed to work for a short time, but he started doing it again.  I have received tens of thousands of spam emails from this person over of period of five years and three months.  I have hundreds of spam emails saved, with the email headers, but I cannot prove who this person is (but I'm 99.99% sure I know who he is).  He disguises the spam emails to be from a wide variety of senders, including me.

Is there anyone there to address my issue?

Hello @vanriperrichard

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

The story is just plain sick.

(1) Stop using your current email address.

(2) Use encrypted emails

(3) Contact law enforcement again
