Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hey guys, my laptop has been stolen. I will be able to track location on Microsoft accounts once it’s turned on however I have the charger still and I’m afraid that if it’s turned on and restored before I realise it, the laptop will be removed from my Microsoft devices list. Is there any other way I could track even after it’s been reset? Assuming that’s what will be done and not destroyed/taken for parts or just stolen for fun. I have an idea of who might have stolen it but I cannot be sure.
