Product: Envy laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am very disappointed with HP support.  The website is of no help and heaven forbid you need to actually contact them…good luck trying to speak to an actual person.  I had an issue that I had a local shop fix.  It took me an hour to finally get someone on the phone with Hpu and they opened a ticket and sent me a box to send in my computer. I called back and let someone know the issues been fixed and then I got an email saying why haven’t you sent the computer in?  Of course the email had no phone numbers to contact anyone and said don’t reply to this email.  This company has the WORST customer service of any company I know!  It makes me wish I had bought a computer from someone else.  If anyone has an actual phone number for this horrible company any help would be appreciated thank you
