iii. HP Zero Pwr HA Bypass Unit-5 Copper Seg (Part # JC003A )

 

Kindly Suggest Whether the Premium Support for the Above Mention HP Tipping Point is available for One Year or not for the UAE region. As per the supplier we recieve the information that 15th Jan 2014 onwards, HP Tipping Point has stopped the service support renewal for 1 year , but provides option for only 3 years and 5 Years. I am trying to find out the circluars and bulletins on the hp partner portal pertaining the same but i am not able to find out, 

 

can someone please helpw me with the circular/notification or any bulletin from HP regarding the same.
