I just saw the video of a solder's response to your tech support. **bleep** shame the way you ppl respond to military out-of-country personnel. Perhaps this will give someone a heads up....or a helping hand pulling you head out . I can't begin to express my displeasure in your poor judgment.... but, I will purchase a different manuf. product asap !  This you can count on....and the word will be spread .
