Hi
I registered a complaint on 08th July 2024 with HP for frequent Paper jams with my HP printer Smart Tank 580. Received an email from HP the next day saying that my complaint has been forwarded to nearest HP Authorized service centre, and since then I have been chasing the Silicon comnet service centre team for the site visit but even today no one has visited my place to attend this complaint.
