HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

*********  I finally found the phone number for this service and was able to request a cancel of this subscription. Ignore this posting.  *****************

In Nov of 2019, I subscribed to a HP Product Service & Repair subscription for my all-in-one printer and have paid $14.99 monthly ever since.  I have tried in vain to cancel this subscription and have gone down the HP Rabbit hole website numerous times to find a way to talk to someone or find the right area to cancel this subscription.  I've look at the  current Care subscriptions - they are current subscriptions and don't apply to mine.

Since I have had no luck with HP, I have place a stop payment for the monthly charge with my credit card company.

Does anyone know how to accomplish a cancel or at least find the right department with HP?    I would like to do the cancel from the HP end or at least inform them about the stop payment.

Any help would be appreciated.
