Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, 

I was trying to register myself on HP student portal from past few days but I didn't receive any mail from your side that I am registered successfully and if I logged into my account it shows that my mail Id is not registered with the students account and I redirected to the home page again please help me regarding this issue.
