Im really irate at the moment! I bought a HP DeskJet all in one for my business and I've had nothing but problems from the start. So I called HP customer support to try and fix the problems. After 13 phone calls they said we are going to send you a new printer for free we need a $1 and your account info to confirm you have a account. I said fine. 3 weeks go by no printer so I call HP the gentleman asked me my address to confirm where they sent it. He said to me okay the address you gave me is correct but they sent it to your billing address instead of your shipping address and it looks like it's been delivered. I told him well nobody lives at that home and there is no printer there at the property I called and asked a old neighbor to check. He no worries we will send you out another one. 2 and a half weeks goes by no printer so I called back this time a woman. She said uhm well we will send you the printer as soon as ups sends us back the one we sent?? This made no sense to me so I asked her to kindly wait while i called with the tracking number to UPS. So I got on the phone with them and they said no sir we dropped the package at the address we were given. I told her what they were saying and she said well we have to wait and see. I asked to talk to a manager. She said sure so after 55 minutes she gets back on the phone and says she(supervisor) I very busy can she **bleep** you back within a half HR. I said fine. NO CALL BACK. So i just wrote it off ill buy a new printer from another company besides HP. 2 and a half more weeks go by and I check my account today 4/23/21 and a signed unauthorized debit for $132.84 was charged to my account from HP. I call and get lied to more and them they tell me the same manager that never called me back will call me back. That's the response i get? So not only can i not get someone that even cares that my bank account has had a unauthorized debit withdrawn by HP at 240 am on 4/21/21 but they lie to me about there name he said my name is Michael and spelled his name Michele and said "uhm think i spelled it wrong" mind you heavy broken english in a county ican tell is not the US and gives me a name he can't spell. I'm am disgusted right now with everything HP. The customer service is horrible and I've been robbed! Sad this is what Hewlitt Packard has become? You can't even talk to someone in customer service who gives a **bleep**! Instead i have to write a post and hope someone responds!! Sad

Hello
sorry, for your very bad experience ..
Personally, there is nothing I can do for you.
But I postponed your message, hoping an HP agent can contact you, I don't promise you anything.
I sincerely hope that everything will work out for you

Ty for responding. Unfortunately your response does not surprise me. Not one person has yet to take a unauthorized signed debit at 240am that I never authorized or signed for as a serious matter. I have 80k followers on Twitter i will be posting your response along with anyone else's that have no care about the customers who do business with HP. I have 7 children none of us will ever buy HP products and i will do my best to warn others to what doing business with HP comes with!

Sorry @Sawymast367
but I don't understand your answer at all
I don't know if it concerns me directly?
But I'm not an HP employee, I arranged for an HP agent to contact you, and that's what was done here ...
And from what I read, you are told that we are contacting you by private message, has it not been done?
