Hello, I have been looking for support for 2 weeks to complete the registration of a company profile on "https://mycrm.support.hp.com/it-IT/profile/".
It is not possible to complete the process in the form as in the "Profile and settings" section some mandatory fields (such as Language, Time zone and Country) are not filled in.  I also tried using 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox): same problem.
It is not possible to continue, so "User Is Deactivated" appears in red.

I searched the FAQ and also called customer service but no one seems to be dealing with account issues: can you help me?
