My laptop is Victus and is only 6 months old .

Recently I had a BIOS update in my laptop and the next thing is , my laptop is not starting. I have tried everything (reinstalling the BIOS), but the issue is not resolved. I raised a service ticket , till date I have not received any call from on-site service engineer. I have escalated to all possible forums, but the only reply that I am getting is "your issue is being handled on priority" and "the matter is escalated to the highest level"

It seems that HP has started to ignore the core customer base and more into money grab business.

I think the only way to make our voice heard is to write a critical review in Amazon and Flipkart
