HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q879AV)

Purchased a Spectre laptop last week. Warranty wars wrong and informed HP support team with Invoice copy.  Received an email saying that warranty details are updated. Actually warranty is not updated. Contacted HP support team several times chatting with them for hours. Answer is "our team is working on it".  Does it take several days to correct HP's mistake ?

How come HP send a work completed e-mail to customer without updating Warranty details ?

I am having the same problem with my warranty registration.  When I registered mine, which I bought in March this year, it seems to think I bought it last November.  I have challenged the warranty twice and both times they have closed it without altering the warranty even though I have provided them with proof of purchase.  Just get the same response, send in proof of purchase which I do, they then close the case and the warranty is not updated.   I purchased it in Argos, I can only assume that the date of November 2021 is the date the shipment was made from HP to Argos. Still trying to get it sorted but it is a bit like banging your head off a brick wall.
