HP M32f FHD Monitor

Hi all, I am really looking for some assistance as there is no phone number that I can find to call. I have submitted two tickets to have the initial warranty on my monitor corrected according to my initial purchase date. Both tickets have been worked and closed, with the resolution being that the dates be updated/corrected within three business days. It has been a month since the first ticket was resolved and two weeks since the second and it has still not been updated. Can someone please help point me in the right direction or just resolve this issue? Thank you in advance!
