Hi WyreNut. The only way I know to clear cache and cookies is with CCleaner. No I can not log on after running CCleaner. Is there another way to clean??? I wish the forum would allow Zip files. I would use Windows PSR and attach it to my reply.
Dokie!!
Thanks for your help!

Each browser has a way of doing this available to you from within the app itself. I'm not using a computer right now, and don't have them memorized.
I'm sure using the "Help" function in each browser can guide you.
Logon problems with IE can be caused by using "Compatibility Mode". Try turning that off if you are using it.

Hi friend!! It's really not worth your trouble. I can log on just fine with Firefox and Google.
I do appreciate your suggestions. Thank you! Have kudoed you. It's a problem with the site, and I really doubt if the staff is interested;so probably won't get solved.
Thanks WyreNut! I appreciate you!
PS I help here on the forum where I think I can. Have been really busy with the seniors here in my village. Just cleaned a lap top with 20+ trojans and rootkits. Got it going and working well. It was fragmented really bad and I had to move some stuff to external drive so it would have enough free space to defrag.
Here's where I live my friend!!

Hey WyreNut! These are my temps! Not to bad??? I know I'm off topic, but since I marked this solved, surely it's OK.
I hope I can make a difference here on the forum and help a member solve a problem.:smileywink:

PS I'm not a HP employee. LOL. At this moment in time, I don't own a HP computer. I do have a HP 7510 printer, and My next computer will be a HP. I registered here to learn and pass it forward. I'm just Dokie and I love people.
PS2 My fan does work and it will come on when it needs to.
Good night Vietnam!!
