Why wasn’t I able to reach the advertised supper after talking to 4 customer service asking me the same 5 questions and then routing my call back to their department for someone else do the same exact thing 5 times? Why doesn’t a multi-million dollar business provide their supports with actual assistance?  Why isn’t a local number  or TX or email available?
