I bought this item through their website a week ago.
However, two emails were sent the next day asking them to cancel the purchase in order to get a better one, and the cancellation did not happen even after chatting.
The agent was friendly, but he kept repeating that he should be sent to the factory. It's not an old order, so I wonder why it can't be cancelled.
I don't know where to go for help. Thanks for reading

For order, cancelation need to contact HP stopping , As we have limited support boundaries in the support community on New product and sales
