Hi,

Welcome to HP support forum. Windows 7 has a program called Windows Explorer. Please use it for files/folders ... management task:

There are few other software around, you may want to try them later.

Regards.

Google is your friend!  I just did a search for "How to work with files and folders in Windows 7?" and many links showed up like these:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/working-with-files-folders
