Product: hp comfort grip wireless mouse
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

hello, i just purchased a Hp Comfort grip wireless mouse, product number: H2L63AA. it can connect to pc/laptops, the click left and right is working but the cursor is not working or freezing(moves after 3-5 seconds). I've already uninstall the device from device manager and restart pc, and tried this on multiples pcs/laptops and also change batteries
