I need help regarding my warranty extend.

When I call hp sales for regarding  this particular topic then he gave me  a number of  ARM Infoserve (I) Pvt. Ltd . when i called then he asked my email and send HP Care Pack details and said, payment on given link I will issued you warranty certificate regarding to this topic. Also he said all things covered in this warranty except battery and charger.

so i want know that is  ARM Infoserve (I) Pvt. Ltd is authorised by Hp?

My warranty period end in 1 months.
