never a straight answer from online "customer service"

I am currently having an email "ping pong" match with HP customer support. I started out with a simple question by email on Inkjet black in cartridges 98, and told them I was having a problem with them running out of ink a lot **bleep** ink cartridge that they said over a month ago that it was on it's way.

I now have over 20 pages of email to and from "customer service." Still no cartridge, no promise of one, only a promise that they "will do more research." Research into what?

I apologize for posting the message twice. It was an accident. I wrote a long message and only a small part of it went through when I hit "submit" the first time, so I thought I did something wrong. So I tried it a second time, same message, same length, and again after I hit "submit" only about 1/4 of my original message went through. Sorry for the misunderstanding, I am truly sorry that happened. As I said it was an accident.
